Exchanges
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
The piece should be unused, unwashed, and returned as it arrived, with tags and packaging intact.
Sometimes the right expression just needs a small adjustment.
Refunds
Refund requests can be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Once the item returns to us and passes a simple quality check, the refund is issued to the original mode of payment.
A Few Exceptions
Sale, limited, or made-to-order pieces may be exchange-only or non-returnable, as mentioned on the product page
Items that are worn, washed, or altered cannot be accepted
If Something Isn’t Right
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please write to us within 48 hours on the email or whatsapp.
We’ll resolve it with care.
